Plain colour or woodgrain coloured High Pressure Laminate (HPL) or Aluminium cladding is widely used in external structures. The products provide high performance for robust ventilated facades.

ecoDURA

Using our ecoDURA HPL,  compelling and aesthetic bespoke design content can be added. This can give virtually limitless design possibilities for next-generation architectural cladding.

ecoDURA High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is a direct descendant of the original plastic laminate. It is considered to be one of the most durable and dimensionally stable decorative surfaces in the world.

HPL has a UV resistance making it perfect for buildings, fascias or facades with ventilated elevations. ecoDURA cladding is warrantied for 10 years externally for colour stability and weather conditions. Even the harshest of climatic conditions do not adversely affect ecoDURA high pressure laminate.

The panels do not rot or promote mould growth and excellent fire retardant properties. A Fire rating tested to BS 476-6:1989+A1:2009 (Class O) and BS 476-7 :1997 (Class 1) that promotes their use in building applications.

High Pressure Laminate cladding panels are virtually self cleaning or readily wiped down using regular cleaning agents. Furthermore, both tough and impact resistant from accidental collision or wanton vandalism.

reproDURA

Our alternative cladding product is our reproDURA™ process. Using dye sublimation technology we can reproduce virtually any digital image onto an aluminium 2 or dimensional surface.

reproDURA is very scratch resistant and the colour is is not just purely a surface finish. It extends ‘through the depth’ of the sublimation coating to a depth of 80 microns.

We can offer a range of over 200 woodgrain textures as well as marbles, stone and patinated effects.

Suitable for applications onto pre-formed aluminium and galvanised steel sheet profiles or extrusions to make cladding or facades.
