Project: Creating a clear and engaging arrival point to The Broads National Park
Working in collaboration with Creating Adventurous Spaces CAP.CO, NOVADURA was commissioned to manufacture the signage elements for a new Discovery Hub at Great Yarmouth Station, part of The Broads Charitable Trust’s wider network across The Broads National Park.
Positioned between the North Sea and the waterways of the Broads, the hub was designed to act as a gateway installation — inspiring visitors to explore while providing clear orientation, route mapping and interpretive storytelling.

Great Yarmouth presents a demanding coastal environment, with exposure to:
The installation required materials capable of long-term corrosion resistance and colour stability, while maintaining visual clarity and structural integrity.
At the same time, the signage needed to balance bold, engaging graphics with accessibility, delivering layered interpretation at multiple heights for a wide range of visitors.
Durability, precision engineering and refined detailing were critical to ensure the hub remained visually impactful without becoming maintenance-heavy over time.
NOVADURA specified stove-finished aluminium panels, engineered for coastal performance and long-term durability.

Now installed at Great Yarmouth Station, the Discovery Hub provides more than wayfinding, it creates a clear point of arrival and orientation, inviting travellers to pause, explore and connect with the Broads National Park.
