NovaDura flat panel wall signs are our core product for highly durable exterior display signage or wayfinding panels.

Manufactured in either our primaDURA stove finished aluminium or ecoDURA High Pressure Laminate. Solid aluminium grades are either 3 mm or 5 mm. High Pressure Laminate (HPL) comes in 3, 6, 10, 13 & 15 mm thicknesses.

All are warrantied for 10 years for UV & Weathering resistance according to ISO standards.

As the title suggests, Flat panel wall signs are mounted directly to a wall as opposed to being free standing or hanging.

primaDURA aluminium or ecoDURA HPL can be supplied pre-drilled and with radius corners. This allows for both direct screw or stand off fixings.

Alternatively, up to 50 mm M8 studs can be tack welded to the rear. This provides for a hidden fixing using a ‘resin bonding’ solution. Furthermore, a specialist high strength bonding tape can be considered for flush fit wall mounted signage. HPL can be supplied with M5 or M6 inserts in 10mm and 13mm respectively for hidden fixings using threaded bar.

Metal signs are first powder coated to your RAL requirements and subsequently printed to your specification.

Use our artwork guidelines to assure a high quality & definition print. Graphics can include full colour graphical images, general information or safety instructions for example.
